Warranty Period
All Rtek Armour Paint Protection Film products are backed by a 6-Year Limited Warranty, reflecting our commitment to long-term performance and reliability.
What Our Warranty Covers
Rtek Armour guarantees that its Paint Protection Film will remain free from the following defects under normal use and conditions:
- Yellowing or discoloration
- Cracking or surface degradation
- Peeling or delamination
- Blistering or bubbling
- Non-chemical staining
- Film failure due to manufacturing defects
This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and applies exclusively to the vehicle and installation detailed on the original invoice.
What the Warranty Does Not Cover
This warranty does not extend to damage or defects resulting from:
- Improper installation by non-authorized installers
- Accidents, collisions, or impact-related damage
- Misuse, negligence, or improper handling
- Cuts, burns, tears, or damage from sharp objects
- Pre-existing paint defects, repainting, or paint failure
- Incorrect maintenance, including improper washing, polishing, or use of harsh chemicals
- Environmental contaminants such as tree sap, bird droppings, acid rain, road tar, or industrial fallout
- Surface contamination due to poor maintenance practices
- Normal wear and tear over time
- Any modification, tampering, or removal by unauthorized parties
- Failure to follow Rtek Armour care and maintenance guidelines
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for warranty coverage:
- Installation must be completed by an authorized Rtek Armour installer
- The vehicle’s paint must be in suitable condition prior to application
- The original purchase invoice must be retained as proof of warranty
Limitations & Liability
- This warranty covers film replacement only
- It does not include repainting or repair of underlying surfaces
- Rtek Armour is not liable for any loss of use, transportation costs, or downtime
- The warranty is non-transferable
Film Removal
All film removal must be carried out by an authorized Rtek Armour installer.
Any damage caused during removal by unauthorized individuals is not covered under this warranty.

Care Instructions
Maintaining your Rtek Armour Paint Protection Film is simple, ensuring long-lasting clarity, performance, and a flawless finish. Follow the guidelines below to preserve its premium quality:
Always follow the maintenance schedule recommended by your installer for optimal results.
After installation, allow 7 days before washing, waxing, or exposing the vehicle to rain or high-speed driving, ensuring optimal film adhesion.
When using a pressure washer, maintain a minimum distance of 60 cm (2 feet) from all film edges. Damage caused by improper use is not covered under warranty.
Keep your vehicle consistently clean. We recommend washing at least once every two weeks, and promptly after exposure to rain or contaminants.
Avoid dry wiping or dusting, as this may compromise the film’s self-healing properties and surface finish.
Periodically clean any buildup along film edges using a non-abrasive clay bar.
Apply a high-quality wax or sealant (approved by your installer) every 3 months to maintain gloss and protection.
Use only non-abrasive, dye-free waxes. Avoid harsh polishing compounds or abrasive products.
Do not use automatic or commercial car washes, as they may damage the film edges and surface.
After waxing, gently remove any residue along edges using a soft, lint-free cloth.
If the film appears dull due to environmental exposure, professional polishing can restore its finish. Consult an authorized Rtek Armour installer.
